Deepwater Counselling respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us.

What we collect

  • Details you send via forms, email, phone or SMS (name, contact info, brief enquiry).

  • Booking information and session records if you become a client.

  • Basic website logs and cookies necessary to run the site. (We do not sell your data.)

 

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries, schedule sessions and deliver counselling services.

  • To manage admin (invoicing, reminders) and meet legal/clinical obligations.

 

Confidentiality
Session information is confidential. We may have to disclose information if required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Storage & security
Client records are stored securely. For adults we keep records at least 7 years from your last session; for clients under 18, until age 25.

Third-party services
We use trusted providers for booking, payments and hosting. They hold data under their own security policies.
