What we collect

Details you send via forms, email, phone or SMS (name, contact info, brief enquiry).

Booking information and session records if you become a client.

Basic website logs and cookies necessary to run the site. (We do not sell your data.)
How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, schedule sessions and deliver counselling services.

To manage admin (invoicing, reminders) and meet legal/clinical obligations.
Confidentiality
Session information is confidential. We may have to disclose information if required by law or to prevent serious harm.
Storage & security
Client records are stored securely. For adults we keep records at least 7 years from your last session; for clients under 18, until age 25.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers for booking, payments and hosting. They hold data under their own security policies.
